C E R T I F I C A T E duly elected, qualified Clerk of First Presbyterian Church of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, hereby certify that the attached Resolution was enacted and adopted by over two - thirds vote of the members present and voting at the special meeting of the congregation held on March 23, 1955, at 7:30 P. M., in the church building; that the attached Resolution is an exact copy of said Resolution as adopted; that notice of said special meeting of the congregation was given by announcement from the pulpit at the regular weekly services of the congregation for said First Presby- terian Church of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on March 6, March 13, and March 20, 1955, in the church build- ing; that said notice consisted of an announcement that a corporation meeting would be held on the 23rd day of March, 1955, at 7:30 P. M., in the church building for the pur- pose of considering a Resolution to amend the Articles of Incorporation to provide the manner in which the Board of Trustees can exceed the stated limitations on indebted- ness by contract and to provide for perpetual existence of the corporation, to increase the indebtedness of the church, and to secure said indebtedness by a mortgage on the church property described as: A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW'NW,i -1) and the North- west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW4SW4) of Section Twenty -One (21), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P. M., Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract being more particularly described as being bounded on the northerly side by the South line of West Anna Street in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and being bounded on the easterly side by a line extending the West line of Tilden Street in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
