N <br />POWER OF ATTORNEY <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That we, Clarence Morris, and Gladys Morris, his <br />wife, Nettie B. Welch, widow, and Marie Morris West, and <br />Forest E. West, her husband, do hereby make, constitute and <br />appoint the NEBRASKA LOAN & TRUST COMPANY, a corporation, of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, our true and lawful <br />attorney for the following purpose: <br />To sell all lots or fractions thereof contained in <br />Morris Fourth Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand. <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and for us and in our names <br />to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver good and.suff.icient <br />warranty deeds of conveyance for the same, and to receive the <br />purchase price of said lot or lots. <br />Giving and granting unto our said attorney full <br />power and authority to do and perform every act and thing <br />whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about <br />the premises in the sale of said lots as we might or could <br />do if personally present, including the drawing of deeds, <br />insertion of names, figures, descriptions, the execution for <br />us and our behalf of said deed or deeds containing coven- <br />ants of warranty, the delivery of said warranty deed or <br />deeds to purchaser or purchasers, and to receive the purchase <br />price of said lot or lots. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands <br />and seals this 15th day of March, 1955. <br />Clarence P�Iorris <br />Gladys Morris <br />Nettie B.
