That the protective covenants and restrictions now <br />on File in the office of the City Clerki, which shall run with the <br />title to the lots, tracts and parcels of land In said Morriss Fourth <br />Addition be and the same are hereby accepters and approved, and that <br />the approval of the (slat os. said addition and of the covenants and <br />restri,ations be endorsed upon the taa.nm and signed by the President <br />of the City' Council and by the City Clark, and that the seal of the <br />City of Grand Island be thereunto affixed, <br />5.
