DEDICATION AND rPAN'T OF PERPETUAL EASEMENT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That we, Bernhard Voss and Wilhelmina Voss, his wife, being the owners of the <br />real estate,'hereinafter specifically described, do hereby dedicate to the public a <br />Perpetual Easement over, across and upon the following described tract of ground <br />.-being six (6) feet in width easterly and westerly and 379.8 feet North and South, <br />situate on,Ipt Six (6) of Voss Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />which Subdi sbn is all that part of the EzSw4 and the W12,SE4 of Section Eleven (11) <br />n,7ownship,Eieven (11) North, Range Nine (9), lying South of the Lincoln Highway, <br />according,to''the plat of said Voss Subdivision recorded in Book 81 at Page 72 of <br />the D6ed,Records of Hall County, Nebraska, which six -foot wide tract is more parti- <br />cularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point on the South line of said Lot Six (6), which point <br />of beginning is 771.3 feet East of the West corner or tip of said Lot <br />Six (6), running thence East a distance of six (6) feet along the South <br />line of said Lot Six (6), turning thence at aright angle and running <br />North to U.S. Highway No. 30, running thence southwest along and'upon the <br />southerly edge of said U.S. Highway No. 30 to a point, which point is <br />six (6) feet West of the East line of the description of the ground inclu- <br />ddd in-this easement, thence South in a straight line, which line is at a <br />ninety degree angle from the South line of said Lot Six (6), to the point <br />of beginning; <br />which Perpetual Easement is hereby granted to the public for use for public utilities <br />of all kinds including electric and telephone lines, sanitary sewers, water mains <br />and gas mains and which Easement includes the right to erect, maintain, operate, re- <br />pair, replace and remove electric and telephone poles, lines and cables above, on <br />or below the surface of the ground included in said Easement, as well as mains, pipes <br />and conduits, which Easement may be exercised by any Public Utility Company for the <br />use and benefit of property owners desiring the service of such utilities. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF we have hereunto affixed our signatures at Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, this A!i4ay of March, 1955. <br />In. presence of: <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />: ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />On this �3"dday of March, 1955, before me, a Notary Public duly commissioned <br />and qualified for and residing in said County, personally came Bernhard Voss and <br />Wilhelmina Voss, his wife, to me known to be the identical persons whose names are <br />affixed-to the foregoing Dedication and Grant as makers and they severally acknow- <br />ledged the same to be their voluntary act and deed for the purposes therein ex- <br />pressed. <br />WITN� 3 'hand and Notarial Seal at Grand Island, Nebraska, the day and year <br />lad$ lbc"ie• wx� ,den, My commission expires May 17, 1956 <br />oo <br />r+ <br />Notary Public <br />Filed for record March 23, 1955, at 2 :20 P.M. <br />r <br />Register of Deeds <br />Hall Co., Ne Yr. <br />
