Castle, who received title to said real property <br />in the final decree dated Ailarch 27, 1946, is one and the same per- <br />son as L. L. Castle, named as a grantor on the warranty deed as <br />set forth in Entry 34 of said abstract and recorded in Book 87 at <br />page 599 of the records in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, fiebrarka, not withstanding the discrepancy in names. <br />Further your affiant sayeth not.
