AFFIDAVIT <br />State of Nebraska ) <br />ss <br />County of Hall ) <br />A. E. Cady, being first duly sworn on oath depose and say that <br />he was personally acquainted with Mary E. Connor, grantee in a deed <br />from Oscar F. Roeser and wife Ella, dated February 2nd, 1923 and re- <br />corded in Book 63 at page 260, and also a grantee in a deed from Thomas <br />Connor and Mary E. Connor, husband and wife, dated December 22nd, 1914 <br />and recorded in Book 53 at page 39 of the Deeds Records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Affiant further states that he was also personally acquainted with <br />Mary E. Van Metre, defendant in Tax Foreclosure Case # 8714 in the <br />56th Cause of Action in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Affiant further states that said Mary E. Connor, grantee, named <br />in the above deeds and Mary E.
