<br />E. H. CORDES, being duly sworn on oath, deposes and
<br />says that he is the duly appointed, qualified and acting City
<br />Engineer for the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and that he
<br />has seen and studied certain parts cff the abstract of title
<br />covering the following described property:
<br />A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter
<br />of the Northwest - uarter (STI1 N,Vw) and the Northwest
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 01C14 S,V�,) of
<br />Section Twenty -one (21) in Township Eleven (11) ,
<br />North, Range Cline (19), Test of the 6th P.M. in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br />as a tract bounded on the northerly side by the South
<br />side of West Anna Street of Grand ' Isla.nd, Nebraska;
<br />bounded on the Easterly side by a line extending; the
<br />west side of Tilden Street of Grand Island, Aebraska
<br />and extending from the south side of '% est Anna. Street
<br />southerly to the C. B. & Q. Railroad right -of -way
<br />located in said section; bounded on the Southerly
<br />side by said railroad right-of -way; and bounded on
<br />the Westerly side by a line extending the east side
<br />of Grant Street of Grand Island, Nebraska, and
<br />extending from the south side of '.`'est. Anna Street
<br />southerly to said railroad right -of -:day in said
<br />section; said tract containing approximately 9.32
<br />acres of land.
<br />That the Referee's Deed shown at Entry No. 37 of said
<br />abstract, which deed was dated and filed on Pray 23, 1,950 and
<br />was recorded in Book. 96 of Deeds at Page 570 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of said county, contains in part the
<br />description of an irre ulcer tract located in a p=-rt of the
<br />,V4
<br />Northwest Quarter (N of Section 21, Township 11, Range 9,
<br />1;V. 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska which contains approximat-
<br />ely 5.25 acres, and which ha.,s a westerly side measuring 95 feet
<br />in length.
<br />Triat a warranty Deed shown at Entry No. 39 of said
<br />abstract, which deed was dated August uF, 1950, was filed Oct-
<br />ober 25, 1950, and was recorded in Book 100 of Deeds at page
<br />469 in the office of the Register of Deeds for said county,
<br />contains the description of a triangular tract located in a
<br />part of the Northwest quarter (NIV4) of Section 21, Township 11,
<br />Range 9, W. 6th P.11. in Hall County, Nebraska., which tract has
<br />an easterly side measuring; 95 feet in length.
<br />That said above described irregular tract and the
<br />above described friar r,ula.r tract have a common side, being said
<br />side of each described tract which measures 95 feet in length;
<br />that said irregular tracts of real estate are the same tracts
<br />which are shown on the plat of E. W. Keiss, Surveyor, whioh
<br />flat is attached to said abstract.
