B. & Q— Railroad right- of -way <br />located in said section; bounced on the Southerly <br />side by said railroad right -of -way; and bounded on <br />the Westerly side by a line extending from the east <br />side of Grant Street of Grand Island, Nebraska, and <br />extending from the south side of West Anna.
