McGowan, his wife, <br />as.joint tenants, are the owners of the following described <br />property, to -wit: <br />Lot Twelve (12) of the County Subdivision of Lots <br />Thirteen (13) and Sixteen (16) and part of Lots <br />Eight (8), Eleven (11), Twelve (12) and Fourteen <br />(14) of the County Subdivision of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE-4 SW4) of <br />Section Sixteen (16) in Township Eleven (11), <br />North of Range Nine (9); Also, that part of Lot <br />Seventeen (17) of the County Subdivision of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE4Sa) <br />of Section Sixteen (16)- in Township Eleven <br />North of Range Nine (9), described as follows, <br />to -wit: 'Commencing at the Northwest corner of <br />said Lot Seventeen (17), thence East, along the <br />North line of said Lot, Thirteen (13) feet, thence <br />in a southwesterly direction Fourteen and six- tenths <br />(14.6) feet to a point on the West line of said Lot, <br />Six and six- tenths (6.6) feet South of the North <br />west corner thereof, thence North along the West <br />line of said Lot about Six and six- tenths (6.6) feet <br />to the place of beginning: Also, Lot Four (4) in <br />Block Four (4) in EIm Place, an Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />and are now in possession thereof. <br />Affiant further deposes and says that he and his wife and <br />their predecessors in interest have ever since, at least, June <br />S0, 1919, been in possession of said premises, claiming to be <br />the owners thereof, and that ever since, at least, said date, <br />said afore described premises has been the description used to <br />cover one full and complete city lot in the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, which lot is 52.8 feet in width along Division <br />
