<br />I do further certify that at said meeting of the Members of said Trinity
<br />Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, held at
<br />said chure'h - edifice and church building pursuant to the above notice on February 6,
<br />1955 at the hour of 10:45 o'clock a.m., of said day, the following Resolution, to -wit:
<br />"BE IT RESOLVED by the Members of Trinity Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod,
<br />in Grand 'Island, Hall County, Nebraska, an incorporated religious associa-
<br />tion_having a church building and church edifice and regular place of meet -
<br />'ing in said City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that the following described
<br />real ;estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block Ten (10) of Schimmer's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />be,sold by said Church and incorporated religious association to Donald
<br />D.;Nielsen and Dorothy M. Nielsen as joint tenants with right -of -surrivor-
<br />ship between them, for the purchase price,of $1,300.00, and upon payment
<br />of said sum by said purchasers'to the Treasurer of this incorporated re-
<br />ligious association, that the Trustees, Edward H. Arnold, Frank Kunze,
<br />'Herrriari Quandt, Elmer H. Cordes, Robert L. Mettenbrink, Arnold Meyer and
<br />Bruno W.'Herzberg, being the Trustees of Trinity Lutheran Church - Missouri
