AFFIDAVIT <br />STATE OF NE BRA SKA ) <br />: ss <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />Iila C. Harmon, formerly Iila C. McMahan, being first duly sworn <br />upon oath, deposes and says: <br />That she was, during his lifetime and from the month of May, 1922, <br />the wife of Hubert F. McMahan, and upon his death on the 20th day of <br />February, 1954, survived as his widow. <br />That the gross value of all property owned by Hubert F. McMahan <br />and in which he had an interest and which would be includable in a <br />federal estate tax return did not equal or exceed the sum of $60,000.00. <br />That Hubert F.
