Rvans, being first duly:sworn upon his oath, deposes and <br />says that he is a resident of grand Island, Nebraska, and has been for <br />more than twenty -five years last past; that he is well and personally <br />acquainted with Frank Schreiner and Margaret Schreiner, husband and wife, <br />grantees in the Warranty Deed, recorded in Nook 93 of Page 247 of the <br />Deed Record of Hall County, Nebraska and with Prank Schreiner and Mar- <br />garet Schreiner and with the same names Frank Schreiner and Margaret <br />Schreiner, husband and wife, mortgagors recorded in the Book of mort- <br />gages of Hall County, Nebraska in Book 78 at page 282 and with Frank <br />Schriner and Margaret Schriner mortgagors in a Real Notate Mortgage <br />recorded in Book /0 6 at page 5*3 and that affiant ]mows of his own <br />personal knowldge that the said Frank Schreiner and Margaret Schreiner <br />are one and the ;same persons, notwithstanding the discrepancy in names <br />and further affiant saith not, <br />:ber in my presence and sworn, to before me this <br />v� 1954. <br />16-dev <br />December 27th. 1956 <br />Filed for record January 6, 1955, at 4 :00 P.M. <br />Register of Deeds <br />Hall Co., Nebr. <br />
