Cavett <br />the Grantee in a certain Warranty Deed conveying the above <br />described premises, which deed bears date of February 6, 1942, and <br />is recorded in Book 83 at Page 169 of the deed records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, that he knows of his own personal <br />.knowledge thatthe said Gertrude M.
