<br />one of the grantees in the warranty deed conveying the above described
<br />premises, which was recorded in Book 93 at Page 169 of the deed. records
<br />of Mall County, Nebraska, and affiant knows of his own personal
<br />knowledge that the said Gertrude M. Cavett departed this life at her home
<br />in Grand Island, Mall County, Nebraska, on March 30, 1954; affiant
<br />further states t1a.t he was thoroughly familiar with the financial
<br />situation of the said Gertrude M. Cavett, deceased, and with the gross
<br />value of her entire estate, both real and personal, and affiant positively
<br />knows of his own personal knowledge that the gross value of her entire
<br />estate did not exceed the sum of $ 5,,000.00 made up in the following
<br />Manner:
<br />Real Estate $4,500.00
<br />Personal Property 500.00
<br />Stocks & Bonds None
<br />Further affiant saith not.
