Williams, one of the <br />grantees in a Warranty Deed, which was dated May 20, 1941 and filed <br />for record on June 7, 1941, and recorded in Book 81 at page 595 of the <br />Deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, and that under date of June 7, <br />1952 affiant knows of his own personal knowledge that the said John <br />W.
