Smith <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska my attorney in fact, <br />for and during the time I was to be in foreign countries while <br />in the United States Army, as by my said letter of attorney <br />will more fully appear; <br />Now, be it known that I, the said James L. Smith, now being <br />stationed within the continental limits of the United States <br />and such power of attorney no longer being necessary or in <br />my best interests, have revoked, countermanded, annulled, and <br />made void the said letter of attorney, and all power and authority <br />thereby given to said Gertrude E.
