Parties <br />0 <br />THIS LEASE, made as of the 14th <br />19 54, between VALERIA NIEISEN, a widow. <br />day of October, <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska , hereinafter called the "Landlord," and <br />MONTGOMERY WARD & CO., INCORPORATED, an Illinois corporation, with General <br />Offices at 619 West Chicago Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, hereinafter called the "Tenant," <br />WITNESSETH <br />1. The Landlord hereby leases to the Tenant, and the Tenant hereby hires from the <br />Landlord, for the term of three (3) years and no (0) months <br />Term commencing on the fifteenth (15th) day of October, 19 54, and <br />ending on the fourteenth (14th) day of October, 19 57, the premises <br />located in the City of Grand Island , County of Hall and <br />State of Nebraska , described as follows: <br />Premises <br />Rent <br />Payee <br />., <br />As- <br />-Fmtsmd. <br />The rear one hundred (100) feet of the easterly one —half (2) of <br />the first or ground floor of the two —story brick building <br />located on lot two (2) of Block eighty —one (81) in the Original <br />Town of Grand Island, Nebraska, together with all rights of <br />ingress and egress thereto which the Tenant may reasonably require <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter thereon and all appurtenances thereto, <br />known as Number/ 307 West Locust Street. <br />2. The Tenant shall pay rent to the Landlord for the premises demised under this <br />lease at the rate of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY —FIVE AND 00 100 — — — — — — — — <br />Dollars ($12500 ) per month, payable monthly in advance on or before the tenth (10th) <br />day of the current calendar month.
