AFFIDAVIT <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />Ss. <br />HALL COUNTY ) <br />James D. Livingston, being first duly sworn upon <br />his oath, deposes and says that he is a resident of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and is a licensed <br />funeral director and mortician and has practiced his <br />profession in Grand Island, Nebraska, for more than <br />twenty years last past; that he was well and personally <br />acquainted with George Ross, one of the grantees in a <br />certain Warranty Deed, dated April 10, 1939, conveying <br />Lot Nine (9) in Block Eighty -five (85) in Wheeler and <br />Bennett's Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, which deed is recorded in Book 79, at Page <br />462, of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska; that <br />affiant knows of his own personal knowledge that the <br />above referred to George Ross departed this life on the <br />20th day of September, 1950; that the affiant prepared <br />his remains for burial and officiated at his funeral <br />which was had on the 23rd day of September, 1950, and <br />that his remains were buried in Grand Island Cemetery <br />in Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />Further affiant saith not. <br />Subscribed in my presence (id sworn to before me this <br />day of December, A.
