Seastedt, one of the grantees in a certain Warranty <br />Deed conveying Lot Twenty -two (22) in Block Two (2) of <br />Sothman's Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, which Decd is recorded in Book 83 at Page 655, <br />of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska; that said <br />Axel E. Seastedt and Axel Seastedt who is shown to have <br />conveyed said property to Riley Alkire and Anna V.
