the defendant, be, and the same is hereby wholly dissolved and the plaintiff <br />be granted a decree of absolute divorce from defendant; that the defendant <br />pay unto plaintiff, through the office of the Clerk of the District Court of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, the sum of $10.00 support money each week, commencing <br />May 15, 1954, and continuing until November 7, 1954; that plaintiff have <br />quieted in her own and sole name, ownership and possession all household <br />furniture, household goods, and household furnishings and effects belonging <br />to the parties, excepting that defendant shall be awarded his personal clothing, <br />tools, and personal effects; that all right, title and interest of defendant <br />in and to the following described real estate be set over, assigned and quieted <br />in plaintiff, said real estate being: <br />The South Fifty (50) feet of the North Sixty -seven (67) feet of the <br />South One Hundred (100) feet of Lot 25 of County Subdivision to the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, being a part of Section 10, Township <br />11, North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />And that the costs of this action, in the amount of $19.10, plus an allow- <br />ance of $75.00 for plaintiff's attorney fees, be taxed to the defendant. <br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, this decree of divorce shall be ineffective excepting <br />for purposes of appeal, until six months after this date. <br />E.
