4o (c <br />RENTAL ASSIGNMEE=1 <br />In consideration of the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska making a loan to me /us the undersigned, in the <br />sum of $-11500.06 , which is to be secured by a First Mortgage <br />on the following described real estate: <br />A tract of land comprising the West 223 feet of East 826.5 feet of <br />Lot Six (6) of the Voss Subdivision of part of Southeast Quarter of <br />Southwest Quarter (SE4 SW-41) and part of Southwest Quarter of Southeast <br />Quarter (SW4 SE-) of Section 11, Township 11 Range 9, West of the <br />6th.P.M.This property being more fully described in mortgage filed in <br />Book Page of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />and for the purpose of further securing said loan we here sell, <br />assign and transfer unto the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, all rents or rentals and income to be due or <br />received from said property and hereby agree that in case of default <br />of the payment of any taxes when the same shall become delinquent, <br />or in the case of default of the payment of any interest on said <br />mortgage, or in the default in the vayment of any insurance when <br />due, or upon the payment of the principal of said mortgage when the <br />same shall become due, then and in any of the said events, the <br />Nebraska Loan & Trust Company is hereby authorized and empowered <br />to collect all rents.from said property and to apply the same to <br />the payment of the taxes, the interest, insurance or principal <br />which may be in default and this assignment shall constitute suff- <br />icient authority for said Nebraska Loan & Trust Company to collect <br />and apply said rents as above set forth and the undersigned further <br />consents, in case of default, to the immediate appointment of a <br />.receiver upon application to the court having jurisdiction for the <br />purpose of collection of said rents mr rentals as set forth. <br />This assignment shall be irrevocable <br />all delinquent taxes, interest and insur <br />paid in accordance with the terms of the <br />by us on the above property. <br />Dated this 1 day of November. lg 54 <br />State Of Nebraska ) sa. <br />County Of Hall ) <br />until said mortgage and <br />ance premiums have been <br />mortgage to be executed <br />On this Ist day of November 1954 , before me, a Notary <br />Public in and for said County came: <br />Homer B.Rupert and Doras E.Rupert, each in his or her own right <br />and as husband and wife, <br />to me known to be the identical persons whose names are affixed to <br />the above instrument and they acknowledged the execution thereof to <br />be their voluntary act and deed for the purposes herein set forth. <br />:'TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my name and affixed <br /><,he day and year last above written. <br />11 q <br />A� <br />commission expires Notary Public` <br />;0 r�' <br />November 54 3 <br />.2 <br />
