the underground pipelines. for the purpose of conveying Natural Gas <br />over, across, through "and under the lands herein above described, <br />together with the right to excavate and refill ditches for location <br />of pipelines, and further right to remove trees, bushes and other <br />obstructions interfering with the construction or maintenance, of 5- <br />said pipelines. <br />This easement is granted along the boundary only of the <br />respective lands above described. <br />As part of the consideration of this ,grant, the , parties hereto <br />release each other of any and all claims for damages_from whatsoever <br />cause or. incidental to the exercise of the rights herein granted, <br />except. damage to growing crops. <br />This Easement Agreement is binding on all parties, their heirs, <br />executors, administrators, successors and assigns forever. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto executed in sextuplicate. <br />-2- <br />
