MUTUAL EASEMENT
<br />This Agreement is made and entered into this. P? day of
<br />June, 1954, between the following:
<br />1. Herman Meier and Mary Meier, husband and wife, owners of
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />East Half ,(Ew) of the Southwest Quarter (SW-41) of
<br />Section 24, Township 10, North, Range 9, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />2. Frank Bowden and Fay Bowden, husband-and wife, owners of
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />West Half (w-2) of the Southwest Quarter (Sw-�) of
<br />Section 24, Township 10, North, Range 9, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />3. Frank Bowden and Fay Bowden, husband and wife, and
<br />Nancy Foster, a,widow, owners of the following described
<br />real estate:
<br />Southeast Quarter (SET) of Section 23, Township 10,
<br />North,'Range 9, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />4. Henry Meier.and Anna.Meier, husband and wife, owners of
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />Northeast Quarter M4). of Section 26, Township 10,
<br />North, Range 9, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />5. James Morton and Jane Morton, husband and wife, owners
<br />of the following described real estate:
<br />Northwest Quarter (NWg) of Section.26, Township 10,
<br />North, Range 9, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />6. Henry Ha ppold. and Ruth Happold, husband and wife, owners
<br />of the following described real estate
<br />Southeast Quarter (SEW) of Section 22_, Township 10,
<br />North, Range 9, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, each of the above named persons desire to jointly con-
<br />struct a Natural Gas Line to serve each respective piece of land
<br />described above, and
<br />WHEREAS, each party named, above is willing that a perpetual
<br />easement be granted to the other persons named above.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed:
<br />That each person named above does in consideration of One
<br />Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
<br />grant, assign and convey and set over to all the other persons named -
<br />above, a . perpetual easement right of way over the real ,property
<br />described above and owned by them, for the purpose of constructing
<br />a Natural Gas Pipeline which is to mutually, serve all the properties
<br />above described, including the,right to enter the real estate above
<br />described at any time necessary to construct, maintain and repair
<br />
