<br />WHEREAS, THE LTNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of
<br />� Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, executed by
<br />°° LITTLE B'S CORP., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank
<br />� is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No.
<br />� 99-106139 on the 17�' day of June, 1999, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, City of
<br />��� Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br />�� NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached
<br />real estate described to-wit:
<br />LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK THREE (3), SUMMERFIELD ESTATES SEVENTH
<br />SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COLTNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />a/k/a 1805 SUMMERFIELD AVENUE, GRAND ISLAND, NE
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, recorded
<br />as Instiument No. 99-106139 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to a11 real estate not herein reconveyed.
