<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That a Deed of Trust was made and entered into on or about July 9, 2007, by and between
<br />Dana S. Mora and April J. Mora, as husband and wife, as Trustors, and TierOne Bank,
<br />Beneficiary, wherein TierOne Bank was named Trustee. This Deed of Trust was recorded July
<br />10, 2007 in the Records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />0200705842.
<br />On or about June 18, 2010, TierOne Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. The
<br />Assignment was recorded July 26, 2010, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as InstYUment No. 0201005142.
<br />On or about July 12, 2011, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, as Receiver of
<br />TierOne Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of
<br />Trust to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded September
<br />8, 2011, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />0201106687.
<br />On or about September 13, 2011, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation,
<br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Bank of
<br />America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide
<br />Home Loans Servicing, LP. The Assignment was recorded September 30, 2011, in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0201107278.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Hereinafter the Successor Trustee, Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, will be referred to as
<br />GRANTOR.
<br />The GRANTOR in consideration of One I3undred Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars
<br />and Seventy-Nine Cents ($122,000.79) and other valuable consideration received from Federal
<br />Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, hereinafter GRANTEE, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
