<br /> Jake Beukenhorst, being firs t duly sworn, on his oath deposes and
<br /> says that he is a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and is the spouse
<br /> of Mary W. Beukenhorst; that he was well and personally acquainted with
<br /> .John H. Bitter; that he knows of his own personal knowledge that the said
<br /> John H_ Bitter died in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 12th of Nov. ,, 1941;
<br /> Affiant further states that he is well acquainted with and knows the
<br /> premises described in the caption of this affidavit and that Mary Y.
<br /> Beukeinhorst, wife of affiant, is the owner of said premises of record, and
<br /> together with Gail G. Beukenhorst, son of this affiant and of the said Mary
<br /> N. Beukenhorst, s aid son being the tenant on said premises under a verbal
<br /> farm lease running from year to year, is in possession of said farm prem-
<br /> ises.
