EASEIvENT AGREEMENT <br /> This easement agreement entered into this Fifth day of <br /> May, 1956, by and between Kenneth H. Johnsen and Norma B. Johnsen, <br /> husband and wife, and Dan F. Mundhenke and Maude b. i-iundhenke, <br /> husband and wife of the First Part, and Joseph P. Dunn and Katherine <br /> Dunn, Husband. and wife, of the Second Part; <br /> WHEREAS: Kenneth H. Johnsen and Norma B. Johnsen have sold <br /> Lot Two ( 2) in Block Seven (7) , Gilbert' s Second Addition to the <br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to Dan F. Mundhenke <br /> and Maude L. Mundhenke, husband and wife, and <br /> WHEREAS: Joseph P. Dunn and Katherine Dunn hold an ease- <br /> ment right-of-way over the Westerly Five (5) feet of said Lot <br /> Two ( 2) for ingress and e^'ress to the p'ara";e on Lot Three ( 3) <br /> ad.jo iniuN the said lot Two ( 2) and, <br /> WHEREAS: Josen'h P.
