Whetstone, being first duly scorn on my oath depose <br /> and say that I am a resident of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> and-have been such for more than twenty years last past; that I per- <br /> ,sonallyywell know and have personally well known. <br /> Lot Three (3) in Block Eleven (11) in Bonnie Brae <br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, <br /> since prior to August 4, 1944, on which last mentioned date said premises <br /> were acquired by Samuel W. Kensinger and Lucinda Kensinger as Joint <br /> Tenants by virtue of the warranty deed recorded in Book 88 at Page 193 <br /> of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska; I positively know of my <br /> own personal knowledge that said Lucinda Kensinger above named died <br /> November 5, 1947 at the Lutheran Hospital in Grand Island, Nebraska, and <br /> that the Lucinda Agnes Kensinger described in the Certificate of Death <br /> filed October 11, 1954 and recorded in Book 2 at Page 15 in the office <br /> of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, is one and the same <br /> person as the said Lucinda Kensinger named as one of the grantees in <br /> the warranty deed recorded in Book 88 at Page 193 of Deed Records of <br /> Hall County, Nebraska; <br /> I further hereby state under oath that I well knew said Lucinda <br /> Kensinger at the time of her death and for many years prior thereto and <br /> positively know that at the time of her death, there was no insurance <br /> on her life payable to her estate nor was any property transferred by <br /> her in contemplation of death whatsoever during her lifetime or in- <br /> tended to take effect in possession or enjoyment after her death nor <br /> did any person, by reason of her death, become beneficially entitled <br /> in possession or expectation to any property or income thereof, nor <br /> did she own any property or any interest therein solely at the time <br /> of her death and that the only.property of any nature 'whatsoever in <br /> which she had any interest at the time of her death was the real estate <br /> hereinbefore described which she held as joint owner or joint tenant <br /> with Samuel W. Kensinger, her husband, at the time of her death, and <br /> that said above described property constituted the homestead of said <br /> Lucinda Kensinger and Samuel W.
