MAYOR, being first duly sworn, deposes and <br /> says that he is a grandson of Henry Mayer, grantee in a certain <br /> quit claim deed recorded in Book 29 at Page 234 of the Deed Records <br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, which deed is dated May 28, 1901; that <br /> the said Henry Mayer departed this life on the 23rd day of April, <br /> 1920; that his estate was probated in the County Court of Hall County, <br /> Nebraska; that_• his sole and only heirs-at-law were his sons, Arthur <br /> C. Mayer and Oscar H. Mayer. <br /> Affiant further states that he has examined the probate <br /> proceedings in said estate, and that the said Lot was not listed in <br /> the assets of the said Henry Mayer; that Arthur C. Mayer, affiant' s <br /> father, and Oscar H. Mayer, affiant' s uncle, are both deceased; <br /> that their estates were probated in Hall County, Nebraska , and that <br /> said Lot 61 was not shoran as a part of the assets in the estate of <br /> either Arthur C. Mayer or Oscar H. Mayer. <br /> Affiant further states that from investigation which <br /> he has made with reference to Lot 61 in West Lawn above described, <br /> that he believes the said Lot 61 was conveyed by his grandfather, <br /> Henry Mayer to George Sutherland or the Grand Island College, of <br /> Grand Island , Nebraska, and that the deed of conveyance was probably <br /> lost, and that the same was never filed of record. <br /> Affiant further states that his grandfather, Henry Mayer, <br /> nor his father, Arthur C. Mayer , or his uncle , Oscar H.
