• <br /> • <br /> (9) These covenants, restrictions and conditions are <br /> to run,with the land and shall be binding on any persons and <br /> . all parties claiming ownership of said lots for a period of ten <br /> years (10) from date hereof, at which time said covenants, eta, <br /> shall be automatically extended for successive periods of ten <br /> years (10), unless changed or modified by a vote of the majority <br /> of the then owners of the lots of said addition. <br /> (10) If any owner of any lot, or their heirs or assigns, <br /> shall violate or attempt to violate any of the covenants, restri- <br /> ctions and conditions herein set forth, it shall be lawful for <br /> any other person or persona owning any real estate in said ad- <--- <br /> dition to prosecute such proceedings at law or in equity against <br /> the person or persons violating or attempting to violate any <br /> such conditions, covenants, etc, and to prevent him from so <br /> • <br /> doing or to recover damages for such violation. <br /> (11) If any of the covenants, restrictions or conditions <br /> herein set forth are violated and declared void by a court of <br /> competent jurisdiction, the remaining covenants, restrictions <br /> and conditions shall not be affected but shall stay in full force <br /> and effect. <br /> (12) This agreement and the faithful performance of the <br /> termes thereof shall be binding upon heirs, administrators, ex- <br /> ecutors, assigns, grantees, and devisees, of the parties to this <br /> contract, and upon the purchaser or purchasers of any lot or lots <br /> in said "MORRIS FIFTH ADDITION". <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands <br /> this 2 / ]' day of 222aGL ,A.D. , 1956. <br /> L.
