II BOYS= and 1 <br /> BOYSEN, His Wife, 1 <br /> First real name Unknown, <br /> Defendants I <br /> This cause coming on be heard this 27thday of March, 19S6, being one of <br /> the days of the regular February Term of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> upon motion made in open court by plaintiffs for the default of the defendants <br /> and from an examination of the pleadings and the files in this cause the Court <br /> finds that plaintiffs by their attorney have filed an affidavit setting forth that <br /> none of the defendants in this cause are now engaged in the Military Service of <br /> the United States of America or any of its Allies, nor under order to report for <br /> induction therein, nor a member of the Enlisted Reserve Corps under order to <br /> report for suoh service, nor by any of said reasons deprived of an opportunity to <br /> answer plaintiffs' petition herein filed, nor prevented from appearing in said <br /> cause; the Court further finds that none of said defendants have appeared in said <br /> cause nor have filed any pleadings whatsoever and that due and lawful service by <br /> publication has been had against said defendants and each of them in this cause <br /> and that•their time forlpleading has elapsed and determined and that they are now <br /> in default for answer, plea or demurrer to the petition of plaintiffs herein filed <br /> and that their default should be taken and entered against them and made absolute. <br /> IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the default of the defendants and each of them <br /> be and the same is hereby taken and entered against them and each of them and made <br /> absolute. <br /> This cause coming on for trial upon petition of plaintiffs and from the evi- <br /> dence adduced in support thereof the Court finds the allegations set forth in <br /> plaintiffs' petition to be true and the Court finds generally in favor of plaintiffs <br /> and against the defendants and each of them; the Court further finds that the plain- <br /> tiffs k ' <br /> are the owners of and in possession of <br /> 17.3 <br />
