AFFIDAVIT OF POSSESSION

<br /> COUNTY OF BUFFALO :
<br /> RAYMOND J. FRANCIS, being first duly sworn, on oath deposes and
<br /> says that Pearl H. Francis and the affiant are wife and husband, and that
<br /> the said Pearl H. Francis and the affiant are the owners, as joint tenants,
<br /> and not as tenants in common, of the following described real estate located
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, to—wit:
<br /> The North Half (Ni) of the Northwest Quarter (NW), Section
<br /> Five (5) , in Township Nine (9) , North of Range Twelve (12),
<br /> West of the Sixth (6th) P. M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> except the certain Three and One—half (33 ) Acres which were
<br /> deeded to Hall County, Nebraska, by Warranty Deed recorded
<br /> in Book 66 at Page 129 of the Deeds Records of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point Five Hundred Fifty Feet (550') South
<br /> of the Northwest corner of said Section Five (5) , thence
<br /> East One Hundred Ninety—eight Feet (198') to stake in field,
<br /> thence South Seven Hundred Seventy Feet (770') to the Quarter
<br /> line of said Section, thence West along said line to the
<br /> Quarter corner, thence North along Section line to the point
<br /> of beginning, containing Three and One—half Acres (WO , more
<br /> or less,
<br /> And that the said Pearl H. Francis and affiant are now in possession of the
<br /> above—described real estate; that the said Pearl H. Francis and affiant took
<br /> title to said real estate by warranty deed from HENRY RUYLE and HELEN RUYLE,
<br /> Husband and Wife, said deed being dated and acknowledged on February 27, 1951,
<br /> and filed on March 2, 1951, in book 100 at page 698, Deeds Records, Register
<br /> of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska; that the said Pearl H. Francis and affiant
<br /> thereafter came into and remained in open, peaceable, adverse, notorious,
<br /> and exclusive possession of above—described real estate; affiant further
<br /> states that down to the present time said real estate has been in the open,
<br /> peaceable, adverse, exclusive and notorious possession of the said Pearl H.
<br /> Francis and affiant; affiant further states that during all of said time
<br /> no claim of any person or persons has ever been entered or presented to any
<br /> of the owners of said premises or persons in possession claiming to own the
<br /> same; that during all that time their possession has been actual, notorious,
<br /> hostile, open, visible, adverse, continuous and exclusive as against all the
<br /> rest of the world and that such possession has been peaceable and undisturbed
<br /> and under claim of title and that no one has ever in any way questioned the
<br /> title or possession of the said Pearl H. Francis and affiant.
