ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS

<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESETS, That Agricultural Services, Inc. ,
<br /> of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, for and in consideration of
<br /> Twenty-four Thousand and : o/le0 DOLLARS,
<br /> as a loan in hand paid to Agricultural Services, Inc. by the Grand
<br /> Island Trust Company of Grand Island, Nebraska, and other good and
<br /> valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
<br /> hereby assign, transfer and set over to sold Company, as collateral
<br /> security for the duration of the loan, all the rents, income and profits
<br /> accruing upon the following described property, situated in the County
<br /> of Hall, State of Nebraska, to-wit :
<br /> A rectangular tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter. (SW4)
<br /> of Section Four (4), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9),
<br /> West of the 5th P. M. in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br /> described as follows : Beginning at a point on the east line of High-
<br /> way 281, said point being located 578.0 feet north and 40 .0 feet east
<br /> of the Northwest Corner of Rains First Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> island, Nebraska, running thence north, parallel with. and 40.0 feet
<br /> east of the west line of the said Southwest Quarter (SW?c) of Section
<br /> ?our (4) , in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), nest, a
<br /> distance of 200.0 feet, running thence east at an angle of 900 00' to
<br /> the left a distance of 370.0 feet, running thence south at an angle
<br /> of 900 00' to the left, a distance of 200.0 feet, running thence west
<br /> at an angle of 90° 00' tc the left a distance 370.0 feet to the point
<br /> of beginning .
<br /> And do hereby authorize and empower the Grand Island Trust
<br /> Company of Grand Island, Nebraska, its authorized agents and attorneys,
<br /> to act for and rent the above described premises, and in their place
<br /> collect and receipt for said rent, at such prices and upon such terms
<br /> as they may see fit.
<br /> This assignment of rent being made for the express purpose of
<br /> having said revenue applied to the repayment of the above mentioned
<br /> loan.
<br /> Said Company may, in Sts discretion, use the rents so far as they
<br /> may deem necessary, for the purpose of making such repairs upon the
<br /> premises as, in its judgment, may be proper and may use said rents so
<br /> for as necessary for the payment of insurance payments and taxes upon
<br /> said premises. It shall also have authority tc deduct from said rents
<br /> a fair compensation, to be payable to said Company' s agents, for
<br /> services - rendered in the collection of said rents; the balance to be
<br /> applied upon the payment of interest and principal of said loan.
