Gruber being first duly sworn on oath says that they are husband and wife; that they obtained title on the llth clay of May, 1951, to the following described property, to-wit: "Part of the Northeast '`\uarter of the Southeast quarter. (NE-!;3E ) of Section Thirteen (13) , Township Eleven (11) North, fiange Ten (10) ':lest of the 5th P.M. , more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point 298.7 feet south of the northeast corner of said northeast quarter of of the southeast quarter (i�;L -SE-.;) of said aection, running thence west for a distance of 290.0 feet, running thence south for a distance of 50.0 feet running thence east for a distance of 290.0 feet, and running thence north for a distance of 50.0 feet to the place of beginning, subject to one-half of the -County load to the east of said premises, containing 0.333 acre, more or less" That thereafter they transferred by warranty deed said property as husband and wife to Henry E. Sandman and :Delores J. Sandman, husband and wife as joint tenants and not as tenants in common; that at the time of said conveyance of said Max H. Gruber and Marie V. Gruber as husband and wife, transferred all of their interest as joint tenants, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other; that this affidavit is given for the pui' ose of showing the true intent of the above set out transfer of said property. r vrther of f iant sayeth not.
