a9� <br /> AFFIDAVIT <br /> STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br /> COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> RE: Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Thirty- <br /> three (133) in Koenig and Wiebe 's Addition <br /> to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br /> ELSIE M. MARTH, being duly sworn on oath, deposes and <br /> states as follows: <br /> (1) That William Marth, Jr. , grantee of a warranty <br /> deed shown at Entry No. 23 of the abstract of title to the above- <br /> described property, which deed is recorded in Book 57 of Deeds <br /> at Page 464 of the records in the office of the Register of Deeds <br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, was the husband of the affiant until <br /> his death and was one and the same person whose estate rr s admin- <br /> istered and referred to as the Estate of William H. Marth, . <br /> Deceased, final decree in said estate being recorded in Book 5 <br /> of Decrees at Page 119 of records in the office of the Register <br /> of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; <br /> (2) That the Final Decree in the Estate of William H. <br /> Marth, Deceased, refers to one of the heirs as Betty Jane Marth, <br /> whereas in other parts of said estate proceedings said heir is <br /> referred to as Betty Jean Marth; that said heir is the daughter <br /> of affiant , was named and is correctly referred to as Betty Jean <br /> Marth and is incorrectly referred to as Betty Jane Marth , but <br /> that said names refer to one and the same person; <br /> (3) That the suit Claim Deed recorded. in Book 110 of <br /> Deeds at Page 105 of the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br /> County, Nebraska, is a deed from the three daughters of the <br /> e.ff iant to the affiant as grantee; that said daughters of affiant <br /> and the affiant are the sole and only heirs at law of William H. <br /> Marth, Deceased; that Maxine Moore , one grantor in said deed , is <br /> one and the same person as , and is the married name of, Maxine <br /> Marth; that Erline Schultz , one grantor of said deed , is one and <br /> the same person as, and is the married name of , =mine Marth; <br /> and Betty Nielsen, one grantor of said deed, is one and. the same <br /> person as , and is the married name of, Betty Jean Marth. <br /> (4) That the affiant is in possession of said above- <br /> described property, and has been in possession thereof for more <br /> than twenty-five years last past; that affiant claims full fee <br /> ownership and title of said property , and that her chain of <br /> title to said property, by herself and through her immediate <br /> grantors , extends unbroken for a period of over twenty-five <br /> years; that this part of this affidavit is rude in compliance <br /> with the provision$ of the Marketable Title Act of the State <br /> of Nebraska. <br /> Subscribed and sworn to before me , a Notary Public in <br /> and for said county, by the said Elsie M.
