• <br /> CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br /> It is hereby acknowledged by the undersigned lessors, namely: <br /> Rudolph N. Kuester and First National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br /> as executors and trustees under the Will of Richard 11. Kuester, <br /> deceased, and Rudolph N. Kuester and Frances Kuester, husband and <br /> wife, that on April 7, 1955, a Lease was entered into between above <br /> named lessors and William Shaver and Catherine PT. Shaver, husband <br /> and wife, such Lease being for fifty (50) years and pertaining to,- <br /> Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) Kuester's Lake, <br /> a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter <br /> (E2SW4) of Section Thirteen (13) in Township <br /> Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) , West of the <br /> 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> It is also hereby acknowledged that on October 26 , 1955, <br /> the above named lessees have given to the Hone Federal Savings and <br /> Loan Association of Grand Island, a Chattel Mortgage for Fifteen <br /> Thousand and No/1O0 Dollars 015,000.00) covering the above described <br /> property and as additional security did give to said Mortgagee an <br /> Assignment of the above described Lease. <br /> We, the undersigned lessors, therefore, do hereby agree to the <br /> Assignment of the above Lease, such Assignment to remain effective <br /> until the above described Note and Chattel IM;ortgage is satisfied. <br /> RICHARD M.
