CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> That for and in consideration of the sum of One and No/100 <br /> Dollars and other consideration, we hereby sell, assign and trans- <br /> fer unto the Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand <br /> Island, of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, all our rights, <br /> title and interest in and to a certain Lease Agreement entered into <br /> on April 7, 1955, between the Richard M. Kuester Estate, Rudolph N. <br /> Kuester and Frances Kuester, husband and wife, lessors; and William <br /> Shaver and Catherine M.
