<br /> the County Public highway abutting the premises to the South and
<br /> to maintain a suitable roadray from such public hi: h;ray to the
<br /> premises herein leased for the use of lessee, lessee's family,
<br /> agents or guests, but any damages done thereto by lessee, lessee's
<br /> family, agents or guests, shall be paid for by lessee:. Successor
<br /> Lessee also agree that public utilities nor available on the
<br /> premises including gas, telephone and electricity, rill at no
<br /> time during the lease be curtailed or interfered 7ith by the
<br /> Successor Lessors, it being recognized that these service are
<br /> necessary in connection with the use of the premises leased for
