I of the premises for pasturing purposes, she agrees that such use will not inter- fere with the use being made by second parties and further that in event the area is used for pasture that she will pasture such area at her own risk, she to fence the area in such n anner as to protect any livestock that may be on the premises. In the event first party desires to remove any water from the lake, she will do so without interfering with the operations of second parties. With these excep- tions the exclusive right to possession of the within described premises is in second parties. When second parties have removed the above-mentioned materials to the point that they feel that no further removal can be economically done they will so notify the first party and at the time of notification any rights obtained by second parties under this agreement shall revert to first party. The second parties shall have the right to sell or assign their rights under this contract. The consideration for this agreement shall be $1500. 00 payable $750. 00 on the signing of the agreement and the balance on the 5th day of January, 1956.
