/21 <br /> A rectangular tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br /> Quarter (SEkNE4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, <br /> Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: <br /> Commencing at an iron pin on the East Line of the Southeast Quarter of the <br /> Northeast Quarter (SE4NEi) above described, which pin is located approxi <br /> mately 627 feet North of the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of <br /> the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-three (33) above described, thence <br /> in a westerly direction at right angles to a point on the West line of <br /> Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE4NE*) to an iron pin which <br /> is located approximately 627 feet North of the Southwest Corner of the <br /> Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEINE*) above described, thence <br /> in a Northerly direction at right angles along the West line of the South- <br /> east Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEjNEi), above described, a distance <br /> of 330 feet, thence in an Easterly direction at right angles parallel with <br /> the South line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE4NEt), <br /> above described to the East line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br /> Quarter (SEINE �, above described, thence in a southerly direction at right <br /> angles a distance of 330 feet to the place of beginning, containing 10 acres <br /> a little more or less. <br /> for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, installing, maintaining, inspect- <br /> ing, replacing and repairing a gas main or mains and equipment to be installed <br /> along, across and through said .six foot strip of land, The center <br /> line of said s,i')( foot strip of land on which this easement is given is to <br /> run approximately North and South thru said tract <br /> parallel with the Fast boundary line of said tract at a point ap- <br /> proximately forty-two feet West of the East <br /> boundary line of said tract, <br /> It is expressly understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto <br /> that the Grantee shall at all reasonable times be permitted to go upon the prem- <br /> ises to make any necessary installation, construction, maintenance or repairs to <br /> or to replace any of its gas main or mains or equipment which has been laid, <br /> placed or installed on the said premises. <br /> It is expressly understood and agreed that if at any time in the <br /> future it shall be necessary for the said Grantee to go upon said premises for <br /> the purpose of installing, constructing, maintaining, replacing or repairing of <br /> said gas main or mains and equipment, that the said real property shall be re- <br /> placed in as near the same condition as it was prior to such installation, con- <br /> struction, maintenance, replacement or repairing of said main or mains and <br /> equipment. <br /> This easement shall terminate in the event that said gas main or mains <br /> and equipment shall be taken up and removed from said premises, otherwise it <br /> shall remain perpetually in force against the Grantors , their <br /> heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns and lessees. <br /> Dated this day of , l95.• <br /> WITNESS <br /> • v <br /> GRIiNTOR <br /> NORTHWESTERN PUBLIC SERVICE °WE NY <br /> 1 <br /> ATTEST ;U zT F v A Corporation �.�� <br /> • <br /> By 44 \ <br /> 0t/orete President <br /> J GRANTEE <br /> yS yh1` - 2 - <br />
