R E S O L U T I O N <br /> Whereas, the Mid-lest Conference of the Evangelical Free <br /> Church of America is the owner of the following described real <br /> estate: <br /> Lot/ Five (5) and the ;'lest Twelve (12) feet of Lot <br /> Six (6) in Block One Hundred Twenty Eight (128) , <br /> Union pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to <br /> the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> And Whereas it was the purpose and intention of said <br /> Conference to hold title to said real estate during the period <br /> of organization and incorporation of the Evangelical Free <br /> Church of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which has now <br /> been completed. <br /> Now Therefore, Be it Resolved by the governing Board of <br /> the Mid-rest Conference of the Evangelical Free Church of <br /> America in a duly and regularly called meeting, that the <br /> Trustees of the Mid-West Conference of the Evangelical Free <br /> Church of America, be and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to convey the above described real estate to the <br /> Evangelical Free Church of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> Motion to adopt the above resolution was made by <br /> +` •- ,�-�.1.. , which motion was seconded by <br /> , and upon a vote, all members of <br /> the Governing Board voted in the affirmative . <br /> * * * * * X * -c * * <br /> I hereby certify the above to be a full, true and correct <br /> cony of the resolution adopted by 'the governing board of the <br /> Mid-West Conference of the Evangelical Free Church of America, <br /> which is a Class (4) Religious association as defined in <br /> Section 21-834 of the Statutes of Nebraska, at a regularly <br /> called meeting held at Stromsburg, Nebraska, on the 19th day <br /> of August, 1955, at which meeting a majority of the members <br /> were present and voting. <br /> Dated August 19, 1955. / 1/ <br /> Secret y. <br /> Filed for record August 25, 1955, at 8:45 A.M. <br /> Register of Deeds <br /> SL7 <br />
