ORDINANCE NO. 3101 <br /> An Ordinance directing and authorizing the sale of the real <br /> estate described as that part of Plum Street in Claussen's Country <br /> View Subdivision extending from the north line of Sunset Avenue, north <br /> to the north city limits and that part of Eugene Street in said <br /> Claussen's Country View Subdivision extending from the north line of <br /> Sunset Avenue, north to the north City limits, to Dodge Development <br /> Co., Inc. , providing for the giving of notice of said sale and giving <br /> the terms thereof, and providing for the right to file a remonstrance <br /> against such sale. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBR- <br /> "SKA: <br /> SECTION 1, That the sale of the real estate described as that <br /> part of Plum Street in Claussen's Country View Subdivision extending <br /> from the north line of Sunset Avenue, north to the north city limits <br /> and that part of Eugene Street in said Claussen's Country View Sub- <br /> division extending from the north line of Sunset Avenue, north to the <br /> north city limits, such streets having been vacated by Ordinance <br /> No. 3099 of the ordinances of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br /> belonging to the said City of Grand Island, to Dodge Development Co. , <br /> Inc. , be, and the same is hereby directed, authorized and confirmed. <br /> SECTION 2. The manner and terms of said sale of such real estate <br /> are as follows: The purchaser has agreed to pay the sum of Four <br /> Hundred Seventy Dollars ($470.00) for said real estate and has Paid <br /> the full amount of its offer to the City Clerk. The City of Grand <br /> Island shall not be required tofurnish an Abstract of Title. <br /> It is understood and agreed that the City of Grand Island shall <br /> have an easement for utility purposes over, along and across the said <br /> streets so vacated and herein directed sold. <br /> SECTION 3. As provided by law, notice of such sale and the terms <br /> thereof shallle published for three consecutive weeks in the Grand <br /> Island Daily Independent, a newspaper published in and of general <br /> circulation in said City of Grand Island, immediately after the passage <br /> and publication of this ordinance, and the City Clerk is hereby directed <br /> and instructed to prepare and publish said notice. <br />
