ORDINANCE NO. 3099 An Ordinance vacating that part of Plum Street in Claussen's Country View Subdivision extending from the north line of Sunset Avenue, north to the north city limits and that part of Eugene Street in Claussen's Country View Subdivision extending from the north line of Sunset Avenue, north to the north city limits, and reserving an easement for utilities. THER=EFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska: SECTION 1. That that hart of Plum Street in Claussen' s Country View Subdivision extending from the north line of Sunset Avenue, north to the north city limits and that part of Eugene Street in said Claussen's Country View Subdivision extending from the north line of Sunset Avenue, north to the north city limits, be, and the same are hereby vacated. SECTION 2. That title to said streets so vacated shall remain vested in the City of Grand Island. SECTION 3. That the City of Grand Island hereby reserves an easement for utility purposes over, along and across the north five feet ( 5' ) of the streets herein vacated. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as pro- vided by law.
