• <br /> in which the parties hereto at the time of their separation were <br /> making their home, and in which the plaintiff, Beverly Ann Loewen- <br /> stein, and the children of, the parties hereto are now making their <br /> home . <br /> That for the benefit of such minor children of the marriage <br /> and to provide a home for such children, Robert Lee Loewenstein <br /> does hereby consent and agree that Beverly Ann Loewenstein shall <br /> have the right t o live in, use and occupy such residence property <br /> from the date hereof until such time as the youngest child of the <br /> parties hereto, Ronald Loewenstein, shall have attained the age <br /> of 18 years, and further that the said Beverly Ann Loewenstein shall <br /> have the further right to the use and occupancy of such premises <br /> from that time forward so long as she may live, provided that the <br /> said Beverly Ann. Loewenstein is at the time that Ronald Loewenstein <br /> attains the age of 18 years of age an unmarried person and continues <br /> to be an unmarried person, and to effect that purpose the said Robert <br /> Lee Loewenstein does hereby give, grant and convey to Beverly Ann <br /> Loewenstein the right to the use and occupancy of all his right, <br /> title and interest in and to the above described real estate from <br /> the date hereof until Ronald Loewenstein shall attain the ace of <br /> 18 years and thereafter for the remainder of the life of Beverly <br /> Ann Loewenstein, provided she is at that time unmarried and there- <br /> after remains unmarried. <br /> In the event that Beverly Ann Loewenstein is,at the time Ronald <br /> Loewenstein attains the age of 18 years, a married person, then and <br /> in that event, she agrees that the residence property hereinbefore <br /> described be offered for sale and be sold and that the proceeds <br /> thereof be divided one-half to Beverly Ann Loewenstein and one-half <br /> to Robert Lee Loewenstein. <br /> It is further understood and agreed by and between the parties <br /> that if such premises are sold as hereinbefore provided and if the <br /> said Robert Lee Loewenstein is in default of any payments to Beverly <br /> Ann Loewenstein for support or other benefits provided for under <br /> this said agreement that then and in that event such sum or sums <br /> be deducted from the share of the said Robert Lee Loewenstein in <br /> and to the proceeds of the sale of such residence property and such <br /> sum be paid to Beverly Ann Loewenstein. <br /> 4. <br /> It is further understood and agreed that the said Robert Lee <br /> Loewenstein shall pay all general taxes and all special assessments <br /> levied upon the above described real estate, and will pay upon order <br /> of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, all sums required <br /> for the maintenance and repair of said premises, excluding, however, <br /> small minor repairs. The said Robert Lee Loewenstein further agrees <br /> to keep the premises adequately covered by fire and extended cover- <br /> age insurance, such insurance to be in an amount equal to the value <br /> of such residence property. <br /> 5. <br /> That Robert Lee Loewenstein has heretofore delivered to Beverly <br /> Ann Loewenstein a 1947 Pontiac Sedan Automobile and has delivered <br /> to her the certificate of title therefor, such automobile to be for <br /> the use of Beverly Ann Loewenstein and the minor children of the <br /> parties hereto, and it is understood and agreed that the said Robert <br /> Lee Loewenstein shall have no further obligation for the maintenance <br /> or repair or for any other items of expense in connection with such <br /> automobile. <br /> 6. <br /> The said Robert Lee Loewenstein-, further agrees that he will <br />
