IN THE DI STRICT COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> Beverly Ann Loewenstein, ) <br /> Plaintiff, ) <br /> -vs- ) PROPERTY SETTLEMENT. <br /> Robert Lee Loewenstein, ) <br /> Defendant . ) <br /> Whereas, on the 17 day of March, 1954, the plaintiff, Beverly <br /> Ann Loewenstein, and the defendant, Robert Lee Loewenstein, entered <br /> into an agreement, in contemplation of divorce and the parties wish <br /> to settle the property rights between themselves. <br /> Now, therefore, the parties acree as follows: <br /> 1 . <br /> That the custody of the four minor children of the parties <br /> be awarded to Beverly Ann Loewenstein, subject to ratification by <br /> the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> That the children and aces are as follows: Cynthia Louise <br /> Loewenstein, age 7 ; Robert Lee Loewenstein, are 5; Richard Dean <br /> Loewenstein, ace 2; and Ronald Loewenstein, age 8 months. <br /> And that further it is agreed that Robert Lee Loewenstein be <br /> given the right to visit said children at all reasonable times, <br /> and if the said children desire to accompany the said Robert Lee <br /> Loewenstein away from the home of the said Beverly Lee Loewenstein, <br /> for the purposes of reasonable entertainment, such as movies, that <br /> the father, Robert Lee Loewenstein, be so permitted to have the <br /> children accompany him. <br /> 2. <br /> That Robert Lee Loewenstein agrees to pay to the Clerk of <br /> the District Court of Hall County, 'hebrasi;a, on or before the is t <br /> day of each'and every month the sum of 5200.00 for the support of <br /> the aforesaid minor children of the marriage of the parties hereto <br /> and shall continue to make such payments in accordance with the <br /> divorce decree until the youngest child, Ronald Loewenstein, reaches <br /> the age of 18 years or until the further order of the Court. It <br /> being understood and agreed that the amount of such payment is <br /> always subject to revision up_ on prop_ er order of the District Court <br /> of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> 3. <br /> That the parties hereto, Beverly Ann Loewenstein and Robert <br /> Lee Loewenstein are the owners as joint tenants with right of sur- <br /> vivorship of the following described property, to-wit: <br /> Lot Seventy-nine (79) in Buena Subdivision, an addition <br /> to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> and that there is located on such real property a dwelling house <br /> /� <br />
