STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br /> SS: AFFIDAVIT <br /> COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> We Lillie M. Dever, and Russell Dever, being each first duly sworn, <br /> on their oaths depose and say that affiant Lillie M. Dever was one of <br /> the grantors and affiant Russell Dever was the grantee in warranty deed <br /> recorded in Book 64 at page 643 of the deed records of Hall County, <br /> Nebraska; that affiant Russell Dever was grantor and affiant Lillie M. <br /> Dever was grantee in warranty deed recorded in Book 70 at page 396 of <br /> said deed records; that affiant Lillie Dever was one of the grantors <br /> and the Margaret Dever named as grantee in warranty deed recorded in <br /> Book 70 at page 475 of said deed records was the now deceased wife of <br /> affiant Russell Dever; that affiant Russell Dever and his said deceased <br /> wife Margaret Dever, were grantors, and affiant Lillie M. Dever was <br /> grantee in warranty deed recorded in Book 70 at page 531 of said deed <br /> records; <br /> Affiants further state that the premises intended to be conveyed <br /> in all of said deeds of conveyance is more particularly described as <br /> follows:- <br /> A part of Lot Six (6) in Block Two (2) in Nagyis Addition <br /> to the City of Grand. Island, Nebraska, more particularly <br /> described as follows: commencing at the northeasterly <br /> corner of said Lot Six (6), running thence in a westerly <br /> direction for a distance of ten (10) feet along and upon the <br /> northerly lot line of said Lot Six (6), running thence in <br /> a southerly direction parallel with the easterly lot line of <br /> s aid Lot Six (6) a distance of seventy-two (72) feet, running <br /> thence in an easterly direction and parallel with the north- <br /> erly lot line of s aid Lot Six (6) a distance of ten (10) <br /> feet, running thence in a northerly direction along and upon <br /> the easterly lot line of said Lot six (6) a distance of <br /> seventy-two (72) feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Affiant Lillie M.
