<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by PABLO
<br />CAMARGO AND SHELIA R. CAMARGO, husband and wife, Trustors, to BRANDON S.
<br />CONNICK, Trustee, for the benefit of COMPETITIVE MORTGAGE, INC., the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated July 25, 2007, and recorded July 27, 2007, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 200706390, has been satisfied; and the said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered,

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents
<br />grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following-described
<br />premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Sixteen (16), Schirruner's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
