<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />. WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the
<br />y= Deed of Trust dated August 19, 2011, executed by RANDALL S MENDYK, whose address
<br />��` is 1104 KENNEDY DR, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803 and MAUREEN TERESE MENDYK
<br />a/k/a MAUREEN T MENDYK, whose address is 1104 KENNEDY DR, GRAND ISLAND,
<br />,; . NE 68803, HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor, in which the undersigned, Five Points Bank
<br />a^ ` of Hastings, as Beneficiary, is requesting said Trustee to reconvey said Deed of Trust, which
<br />���` was recorded August 22, 2011, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 0201106259.
<br />In accordance with the request of Beneficiary the Trustee reconveys to the person
<br />or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the
<br />Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Two (2) Colonial Estates Seventh Subdivision, in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall Counfiy, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />paid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance, at Hastings, Nebraska, this 22nd day of March, 2012.
