<br />MEMORANDUM OF LEASE
<br />1'his is a Memorandum of that certain Lease made and entered into on the 20th day of Mazch, 2012, by and between
<br />Deepak Sinha and Suhita Sinha, husband and wife, (the "Lessor") and Shraddha, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability
<br />Company, (the "Lessee").
<br />1. This Memorandum of Lease is made and recorded with the purpose of providing notice that such Lease was
<br />entered into on the 14th day of February, 2012, under which the Lessor leased to the Lessee certain real estate legally
<br />described as:
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Highway Motels Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Z. Said Lease provides for a term of twenty (20) years and three (3) months commencing on February 14, 2012, and
<br />ending on May 14, 2032.
<br />3. The Lessee is granted the right under said Lease to use and possess the above-described real estate for purposes
<br />permitted under the zoning ordinances.
<br />4. The aforementioned Lease sets forth other rights and obligations of the parties relating to the demised premises.
