l <br />"�� <br />� <br />2U120240� <br />HOLIDAY VIStTATiON - Holiday visitation will include only the following holidays, to-wit: <br />(1) EASTER: The Easter hoiiday will include that period of time during which the child <br />is excused from school for the Easter holiday, including Easter Sunday, and shall <br />commence at 7:00 p.m. on the day after the child is released trom school and end at <br />5:00 p.m, on the day before the chiid returns to school. <br />(2) MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND: This holiday shall include only that weekend when <br />Memorial Day is nafionally recognized and shaN comr►ience at 7:00 P.m. on Friday and <br />conclude af 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Memorial Day. <br />(3) FOURTH OF JULY: This holiday shall commence at 7:00 p.m. on July 3rd and <br />conclude at 5:00 p.m. on July 5th. <br />(4) LABOR DAY WEEKEND: This holiday shall include only that weekend on which <br />Labor Day is national(y recognized and shall commence at 7:00 p.m. on Friday and <br />conclude af 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Labor Day. <br />(5) THANKSGIVING: This ho(iday shall be defined as that period of time during which <br />the chi(d is excused firom school for�the Thanksgiving hoiiday, including Thanksgiving, <br />ar�d shal( commence at 7:00 p,m. on the day after the child is released from school and <br />conclude af 5:00 p.m. on the day before the child returns to school. <br />(6) CHRISTMAS: The Christmas hofiday shall be defined as that time during which the <br />child is excused from school for the Christmas holiday and shall commence at 7:00 <br />p.m. on the day the cf�ild is released from school and conclude afi �:00 p.m. on the day <br />before the child returns to school. Pfaintiff and Defendant agree that Christmas <br />vacation shall be divided into finro separate and distinct visitation periods. The frrst <br />Christmas vacation visitation period shall commence at 7:00 p.m. on the day the child is <br />released from schoo( and shall end at Noon on the 26tf� day of December. The second <br />Christmas vacation visitation period shall commence at Noon on the 26th day of <br />December and shaff conclude at 5:00 p.m. on fihe day before school is to begin. <br />(7) MOTHER'S DAY/FATHER'S DAY: The child will spend Mother's Day with his <br />mother and Father's Day with his fafher. For Mother's Day and Father's Day only, the <br />holiday shall commence at 7:00 p.m. on Friday and conclude at 5:00 p.m. on the <br />Sunday on which these holidays are normal(y observed. <br />Page�of_� <br />
